Good for simple use, rough on edge for advanced users

The interface is beautifully designed and it comes bundled with plenty of useful tools for programmers (tabs->spaces, invisibles, line numbers, etc). It comes short when dealing with a versioning system like Git, where files on disk may change when switching branches, or when trying to work on multiple files at once. It is limited to a single window, but it allows you to open multiple tabs.

One feature that could have been nice but turned really ugly was the ability to open the same file in multiple tabs. If you modify the content in one tab and move to the same file in another tab, the changes are not propagated, worse is when you come back to the tab where you did the changes the changes are gone.

It does not detect when an opened file is updated on disk by another application. It does not either warn when you are about to save your changes on top of a file that was modified by another application since you had opened your file, making switching branches in a development environment risky.

You cannot re-open a document unless you manually remove it from the workspace, it should just open a new tab using the already imported document and silently do the operation.

For these reasons, I would not advise using this software if you regularly use versioning with multiple branches, or if you like working on multiple documents side by side.
